whose objects are similar or in part similar to the objects of the Club or the establish- ment or promotion of which may be beneficial to this Club. Provided that no subscription be paid to any such other association or club out of the funds of this Club except bona fide in furtherance of the objects of this Club or for any charitable or benevolent object.

(n) To invest and deal with the moneys of the Club not immediately required upon such securities and in such manner as may from time to time be determined.

(0) To invite patrons and to administer all moneys acquired for the purposes of flying and to regulate flying and flying matters in Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories and to frame rules for the regulation thereof and more stringently to enforce such rules when made.

(p) To entertain any person or body of persons whose entertainment may in the opinion of the General Committee be conducive to the objects of the Company.

(4) To obtain from each candidate for flying membership as defined by the Articles of Association of the Company before his election to membership a solemn declaration in the words following:-
